Having adopted his wily ways before being sent to prison, Marius (Giovanni Ribisi) learns all he needs to know about his cellmate Pete (Ethan Embry), so that upon being released he can scam his way into Pete's family home and begin a new life by impersonating Pete. In this season Lizzie (Efrat Dor), a dangerous con woman from Marius's past returns, bringing trouble, and Marius must decide where his loyalties lie. The episodes are: 'The Double Up and Back', 'The Huckleberry Jones', 'The Stamford Trust Fall', 'The Vermont Victim and the Bakersfield Hustle', 'The Invisible Man', 'The California Split', 'The Little Sister', 'The Sunshine Switcheroo', 'The Mask Drop' and 'The Brooklyn Potash'.
