Product Description -
Gelure is the Dungeon Synth project of Secluded Wizard from the Antipodean realms of Australia. In the early days, he honed his musical craft in the world of Classical music, playing the viola for a number of years and later, upon discovering Heavy Metal, the guitar. The formative teenage years were the most crucial in developing his taste of music and understanding of musical composition. He learned to play other instruments such as the piano, drums and bass, and attended the Elder Conservatorium for some years in which he intensely practiced his theoretical knowledge and developed his songwriting capabilities. With Gelure he takes inspiration from authors, composers and musicians such as Tolkien, Sapkowski, Monet, Breidow, Shishkin, Bach, Shostakovich and others, which ultimately translates into beautiful Dungeon Synth that is highly recommended for fans of classics such as Depressive Silence, Solanum or early Mortiis to newer bands like Fief or Thangorodrim.
